Serving the greater Raleigh-Durham Triangle area and points beyond!
Why a North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector?          => Protect your investment, and maybe avoid catastrophe!
Only NC Licensed Home Inspectors may inspect your home under NC statute.  An unlicensed inspector will provide an inspection that is not only sub-standard but unlawful.  Having that objective, outside opinion from a licensed consultant helps ensure that both buyers and sellers understand fully what is being bought and sold.

- NC Licensed Real Estate Broker on staff, to facilitate the process
- NC Licensed General Contractor/Qualifier on staff
- Phase inspections (builder draw inspections)
- Mobile home set-up inspections
- HUD 203(k) inspections

Why should I have my home inspected?

For a minimal investment you can obtain an objective inspection and report for the property you are buying or selling.
Without such an inspection,  you could be buying or selling a home with issues with expensive problems that may need immediate attention.

A more appropriate question might be, "Why wouldn't I have the home inspected?"

What other services are available?

 In addition to home inspection:
  • Water quality
  • Air quality
  • Radon
  • Toxic Mold/Mildew
  • Other technical tests as

    required

*Additional fees are required; these
are not part of the standard NC
Licensed home inspection, but are a
                                     great investment.

Who needs a home inspection, exactly?

Some frequent candidates:

  • Home buyers OR sellers.

    - New home buyers.

    - Existing home buyers.

  • Property investors.
  • Out of state buyers.
  • Those considering repairs
  • Those with comfort, health
                             or safety concerns.
If any of these describe you, then you need one or more of our services.

How so?

Our testing and visual observations are objective; therefore, our report is a great tool for you to use in formulating a plan to best prepare for the purchase, or sale of property.

Likewise, if you intend to remain the property owner for the foreseeable future, our services will help you to know where attention is needed and what maintenance issues may arise. This ensures your continued comfort and peace of mind in your home.
